What’s you’re sleep pattern now?
I just added 8-10pm nap. My core sleep is still 2am to around 7am.
Minsan kasi nakakatulog ako 3am na. Kulang talaga kasi I have to be up by 7am.

Nah, i think I can’t fo polyphasic. I can’t force myself to fall to sleep on a tight schedule.
