Nope, not really. Age of Ultron is self-contained.
FYI The upcoming movie has nothing to do with this storyline.

Can I jump to the Infinity storyline after this?
Infinity might be a little tricky without the tie-in Avengers and New Avengers issues. Are you reading thru Comixology?
